I have still yet to be refunded the $55 pet fee which we are going on two weeks now since I have returned and it seems like I can’t get no answers to get this resolved

"Wish we stayed longer"

The location and cabin were beautiful. It was great to be out of the main towns, but still close to them and the national park. The cabin was perfectly relaxing, and there so much to do nearby. I wish we stayed longer.

"Lovely secluded, yet accessible, cabin a short drive from main road between Gatlinburg and PF"

Was very nice to get away from the crowds, hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge to experience the smokies. Back deck with Hot Tub was the star of the show for our anniversary getaway.

Loved the hottub, jacuzzi tub in the bedroom, the huge bed, and the useful tools and appliances provided in the kitchen. Also appreciated the pool table (even though we didn’t use it), and the back balcony swing!

The driveway is very hard to get into. We had to turn around in another cabin driveway in order to get into ours. The turn is just so steep. My car kept scraping every time we drove up or down it, and I have a smaller car lol. But other than that, the cabin itself was great!
