"Kindest hostel owner"

The owner was so kind and helped me a lot when I injured myself. The breakfast every morning is different and delicious. Every couple of days they organise dinners with other la casa hostels and the ambiance is great. I definitely recommend and know if I come back to Luang Prabang I will go back to this one.

"Fabulous!"

Really relaxed and friendly vibe! Clean and peaceful. The breakfast was lovely and the guy running it was very helpful. He allowed me to keep my stuff in a locker after checkout so I could go and explore before coming back and grabbing my stuff! Not sure if this would be okay in high season as it’ll be busier but he was happy to help! <3

"A peaceful and relaxed experience"

This place is run by a very nice gentleman and the experience is that of calm, peace and quiet. The place is spacious and peaceful. It is not a party hostel. Everything works well and you get a feeling of being at home. I really enjoyed my stay here.

"A truly attentive and caring host - a great place to stay!"

Mr Woo is a truly fantastic host and was super caring to ensure I had a great stay at his guesthouse. He went out of his way to ensure I had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was varied and local dishes, great to try some traditional Laotian food. Shower got hot and water pressure decent. I had such a great stay that I actually doubled the amount of time I stayed at La Casa.

"Great location and friendly vibe."

Location and room were good for a hostel (only 4 beds in each room). Super friendly staff and family vibe (Friday night dinner together).

The lights in the room are a little intense for the eyes yet the room is dark (surprisingly).
