Country at Sea

Good location a bit outside town with a farm like feel. Decent verandah, clean unit and spacious. The host is very friendly and addressed issues promptly.

The unit was advertised as a 3 bedroom unit. However it has only 2 bedrooms, the third bed is in the living room - so technically not a third bedroom. The hot water jacuzzi doesn't work well. Difficult to get going and awkward to operate. Pillows and duvets are very worn out.

To be honest I come little late and I left in the morning but was good

Very homely atmosphere. Beds were very comfortable. Flat screen tv a good size and couches comfortable. Extra blankets and towels were appreciated.Outside patio with a lovely open plan braai area with table and benches. Close to all shops and take away franchises so food is not a problem if you dont feel like cooking. Beach is wonderful and many amazing restaurants near by. Will definately be back for a visit. Perfect setting for a family of 4.

The shower was great but we learnt very quickly to put a towel down in front of the open section of the shower so that the water does not run out. Apity the cottage does not have an oven but gas stove worked well. Was not a fan of the openess and closeness of the house next door. Does not feel private enough.

Host was very helpful& friendly and friendly with our short-notice booking at 20H00. (our original accommodation was in a very unsafe area & we were stranded!) She made a sofa-bed for my son, also last minute request. Beautiful unit, beds was very comfortable, great bathroom, in a very beautiful and safe area. Braai outside. We enjoyed the tranquility of the area. Will visit again.

The property is great value for money and is the pergect break for the whole family.

The property just needs a heater for winter time but other than that, we were very happy with the property.

EVERYTHING, from welcoming till departure. Country side feeling with wide open space in front and back off your cottage. Neighbour's far enough, so you don't hear each other. Very peaceful and tranquil. Very Neat.

Was disappointed not to have a bag off wood for the braai area for a Social fire to go with some Wine.. HOWEVER, YOU CAN BUY WOOD within 2km radius from your place off stay.

The property was clean and everything was perfect. The hot tub was clean and spacious. The property had good WiFi and a smart tv.

The road leading to the property had loads of potholes. But it’s doable.
