FOUR Bedroom Apartment, Old Town Bucharest

Very clean property just as advertised

The apartment was amazing! It was very large and comfortable, with an equipped kitchen and a great bathroom. The closets in the bedrooms were huge. The apartment was also very clean, and the location was excellent and close to everything. The staff was very nice and communicative, and they helped with everything we needed.

The property is beautiful inside, very clean & lots of space & storage. Every room had larges TV’s, the bedrooms had excellent black out curtains & the rooms were soundproof so even though on ground floor there was minimal noise. Beds were very comfortable too. We only used the 3 bedrooms which were large & perfect. As other reviews have said the 4th bedroom in the basement has very steep steps down and might be unsuitable for many. I read a review questioning the safety of the “hole” in the floor to the bedroom but I would say there is a stair gate should you be staying with children so you can give keep them away. Kitchen was well equipped and again had lots of storage space & cleaning products. The fridge freezer is large so would be ideal for a family staying. Dining table only sits 4 but there is a coffee table in the lounge to sit at if needed. Host was very responsive when we called (alarm went off after the pressure was too high on the new boiler, he arrived within the hour and fixed the issue, was friendly & polite. Location was great, just a 5 min walk from old town. We had a late flight home so needed luggage storage for the day we left and that could be found at a cafe (Twenty Eight) just a few minutes away so that was perfect.

Front door & front of building gave a bad expression but the apartment was lovely & the area very safe.

Location was very good and there was a super market. Check in abc check out was very easy and bedroom sizes were very spacious. Water pressure in the shower was very good.

We found a bug in the basement room and it felt damp with stained walls. Friend refused to sleep in this room and had to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom shower did not drain well at all. You had to wait 10 mins for the water to drain. It was badly clogged and not cleaned.

Spacious apartment in a good location for exploring Bucharest. A small shop nearby, so You can buy everything You need. There are all the utensils in the kitchen, but not a cooking spatula/turner :) Smart TV's in every room. We did ask for additional WC paper and the hosts kindly did bring it to us.

There was no hot water, when we arrived, but I did manage to find the gas boiler and turned it on. Yes - as told before and as in pictures shown - the fourth sleeping place/bed is beneath the apartment, as it is a renovated basement. The air there is as You can expect in basements. The basement couch was dirty and there were some cockroaches. Please repair the wall light in the second room.

It was modern clean and comfortable with all we needed for the short stay. Easy to get around from there.

The basement area is not great was cold and very steep stairs to access it. Needs very big health warning re the hole in the ground.

The apartment is very clean and furnished very nicely. Its also close to the centre of the old town.

Manager was quick to reply to my messages (until the end where I mentioned the extra guests in the fourth room). 3 of the 4 bedrooms are as described. Spacious apartment. Good location. Easy to find and clear instructions on how to get in.

The fourth bedroom was down some extremely steep steps in the (cold) basement. We were unable to use this room as we found 5 cockroaches down there. We stayed for one night and arrived at 11pm before leaving the next morning for 11am. If it had been more than one night, we would have booked elsewhere.
