Lovely decoration, great space and well furnished

It could use some curtains in the bedroom for those who like it dark to sleep. Also some road and tram noise early in the morning

Location good, size of the flat good, facilities overall good for a short stay

The sofa bed where my mother slept had rubbish inside which was not cleaned, the property agency doubted me when I told them, I sent pics and they never even called me.. Then the next morning they were quite arrogant about deciding when to send someone to clean it up expecting us to be in the flat at their convenience.. also, they CONSTANTYLY sent messages with more rules, policies and requirements for the flat, which within our 48h stay was truly annoying. Forget about the 2h response time they claim to have, and for £50 cleaning fee I refused to put on a dish washer and go throw the rubbish in a separate location considering we left with luggage and on a tight timeframe.... thank you booking.com for taling care of us when we complained!

Space, light and location all great.

Great location, beautiful inside, everything you need, spacious and comfortable. The high ceilings were especially nice. And all essential cutlery ect.

They do not give you the code for the bin until the day before your last day. This was difficult, as our bins were piling up and was not pleasant. We would look out for someone when passing by, to ask them for it, however was very quiet. Eventually, we asked someone walking into the building, and had it only then. Also tried ringing up the number given, and was not successful, as the person on the phone never got back to me! Something else, is that we felt they could give you some washing clothes pods or a little bit of the laundry wash, something like that. We had to go out and buy a whole box, even though we were only staying a week.

The location was very convenient and the flat was lovely - secure, clean, well equipped and spacious. All the information needed to gain access to the property was received well in advance and the hosts were always quick to reply. Despite the high ceilings, the flat was kept warm throughout our stay.

Had to take our own bins out to the bin store which was hard to find, I feel like if you’re paying 350+ a night you shouldn’t have to take your own bins out. Also lots of codes to get in and out. some of which didn’t work so made our stay less relaxing. also the property sends lots of messages which whilst helps make things clear, did get a little annoying.

The property was spotless and decorated beautifully.

Our only issue was we couldn’t connect to the WiFi but this really was no big deal.
