"Absolutely awful property."

The property was disgusting and smelt musty with damp on the walls. The smell was throughout the apartment. The tv did not work and one of the sofas was stained. The windows were dirty and the kitchen door was taped by gaffer tape in a lower section.

Everything it was awful to the point we did not stay.

Close proximity to train station, less than 5mins walk.

1 Dirty windows especially lounge and window seals 2. Mattress on the ground floor too old, no headboard so head is against the wall 3. Stuffy, probably due to carpets. 4. Backdoor to garden not kept clean.
