"UN' INCUBO"

Purtroppo l'host ha avuto un overbooking sulle prenotazione. Dopo svariate ore sotto il sole cocente dell'Algarve si presenta una ragazza che collabora con questa agenzia (totolare dell'appartamento) dicendoci che non è piu disponibile per overbooking. Ci propone un alternativa nel paesino di Aljezur (circa 35km dalla vecchia prenotazione) dicendoci che avrebbe fatto uno sconto di 600€ sul soggiorno. Ad oggi non ho visto nessun rimborso come neanche l'appartamento che avevamo prenotato. Non prenoterò mai piu via booking!! Esperienza da dimenticare.
