private peaceful location, thoughtful interior, hot tub, lovely views & cookies on arrival

we had no issues at all!

The location was perfect. The lodge sits on its own at the end of a track. Was lovely to just sit out on the terrace overlooking the pond, watching the birds and wildlife. The lodge was clean, comfortable & well equipped. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Nothing not to like

Location, privacy, view & hot tub.

Outdoor furniture could be more comfortable considering price per night. Bathroom light mirror didn’t work and also music / speaker system didn’t work and needs updating as very old. Personally don’t think the property is worth £200 per night, thankfully we only paid £150 but still think this is slightly overpriced, and only saying this due to similar properties we have stopped in.

Facilities were brilliant, location was amazing. Hot tub and BBQ a real bonus.

Unbelievable little spot, nice to relax for a quiet night away with hot tub. Would be even better in the summer.

Could do with a little sign on the drive, bit hard to see.

Unfortunately unable to stay so hard to give a review on arrival and unloading of car met by two dogs right in the property my wife has a allergy and is afraid of dogs so we could not stay please be aware that there are dogs that are able to enter your holiday stay and there is no phone or internet signal I did managed to get hold of someone by walking up the lane they sent someone to collect dogs and apologised but that was as far as it went had to leave straight away due to wife’s allergies and phobia of dogs waited over two weeks for refund and still lost 25 pounds very disappointing
