The Road Hotel

The location is great. Slightly uphill but alright. Muslims may like this place as there is a Muslim friendly restaurant just opposite the hotel, a Malaysian restaurant. The kitchen on the 3rd floor is well-equipped.

While I did read that towels there will be very small, i forgot to bring my own towel. So, please remember to bring a bath towel as the towels provided look like toilet floor mat in size, so not sure if guests use then as a bathroom mat or to bathe or both! Just bear in mind that rooms are small and if you have trouble getting up the stairs, request for the ground floor.

The hill.. but you get used to it, and it's not that far

El hotel estaba bien. Tiene unas zonas comunes muy cómodas donde puedes comer, calentar comida y rellenar tu botella de agua. La ubicación es muy buena si te gusta esa zona, está al lado de Myeongdong y con una tienda de conveniencia justo al lado, así que resulta súper práctico. Además, pudimos dejar las maletas el último día, algo que siempre valoro mucho.

El baño olía un poco a humedad y las toallas eran bastante pequeñas, aunque me gustó que se pudieran coger limpias en la entrada cuando hiciera falta.

Location was less then 5min from myeongdong market area and bus station. Great option for budget value but short stay. Wouldn’t recommend long stay at this place.

Bathroom had black mold or mildew due to lack of ventilation when showering. And bed was very uncomfortable and sheets felt like plastic.

La ubicación es perfecta, esta ubicado a 2 minutos del mercado lo volvería a elegir por la ubicación, para pasar dos noches y recorrer seul esta perfecto

Absolut schlechtestes Unterkunft unserer Reise - Bad total verschimmelt, Handtücher muffig mit ekligem Geruch, Zimmer in einem unmöglichen Zustand. Achtung auf den Bildern sieht es viel besser aus.

Que no hubo nadie en recepción en ningún momento, ni para recibirte ni resolverte dudas ni nada.

Les lits sont très confortables et l’auberge est bien placée. Quand nous sommes arrivées la chambre était propre.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cet « hôtel ». La chambre était constamment dans l’humidité (pour preuve : le joint autour des toilettes était moisi). Nous avions l’impression de ne pas pouvoir respirer. La chambre est minuscule, aucune place pour ranger ses valises et circuler correctement. Pas de prise dans la salle bain pour se sécher les cheveux. La télé servait donc de miroir. Hotel qui n’a d’hôtel que le nom. C’est plus une auberge pour une ou deux nuits maximum. Autre point négatif : Pas de ménage pendant 5 jours. Nous sommes arrivés le lundi, la chambre a été nettoyée seulement le samedi. Nous devions jeter nous mêmes nos poubelles et changer nos serviettes. Pas de personnel à l’accueil. Seulement joignable par message ou téléphone. Ça n’est pas très rassurant de se dire que n’importe qui peut pénétrer dans l’hôtel à toute heure du jour ou de la nuit. Le Check-in et le check-out se font en autonomie. Ne vous attendez pas à du luxe à ce prix.
