Very good experience having such a good time at this family friendly environment place. i will definitely visit again and also recommend my friends to visit green view resort and HK heights which a joint venture of Mr shoaib khan and Mr Faizan both are super kind person ensure their guests are given every possible facility.

There was nothing that we didn’t liked during our stay

I have reached at Hotel but the hotel cheated us and demand extra Money PKR 8000 per night. It is fraud and insult of passenger and as well as Booking.com I really disappoint this behaviour & cheating of hotel Green veiw team.

There is nothing — and I mean absolutely nothing — worth liking about this place.

Yesterday's review, Dated 3 May 2026 The name says "Green View Resort" — a lie. The name says "Roomy" — another lie. The location claims Nathiagali — it is far. Very far. Another lie. This place is a trap, a fraud, and a disgrace from the very first word to the very last rupee they shamefully take from you. The water in their tank is direct, raw, unfiltered rainwater — zero filtration, zero treatment, zero checking. You are washing your face with it. Using it on your skin and body. This is not a complaint — this is a catastrophic public health violation that should have authorities shutting this place down immediately. Electricity? Forget it. Gone. Non-existent. Sitting in the cold darkness of Nathiagali's night — dead phone, no light, no heat, no power — having paid real money for this. Absolutely embarrassing. Warm water? What an absolute comedy of incompetence. A tiny, pathetic, laughably miniature little cylinder — so small it would make you cry — attached with the audacity of a thousand lies to a 60-gallon geyser. Sixty. Gallons. This microscopic, miserable showpiece sits there doing absolutely nothing. Not one single drop of warm water. Ever. Just ice cold water hitting your body like a punishment you never deserved. The water heating rod? Also faulty. Also a showpiece. Another useless decoration in a room full of fake, non-functional props. The shared kitchen is a biohazard — filthy unwashed sink, dangerous stove. The room is a museum of neglect — dirty drawers, filthy cabinets, unwashed bedsheets, smelly pillows. Dirt on absolutely everything, everywhere. And when it rains, water drips directly through the ceiling onto your face while you lie in bed. No room key is provided, a serious security concern.. Every claim is backed by photographs. All attached. To management — fix everything or shut down permanently. To every tourist — share this, warn others, save someone's health and money. One word: DANGEROUS. One rating: ZERO.
