Tastefully decorated, very spacious and large, fine kitchen, easy parking, great views, easy check-in, comfortable beds, and a close 10 min walk to the beach.

The main issue was that there were large patches of black mould in the master bedroom and bathroom. A minor issue, given the heat in the summer, was the lack of hot water in the shower. Another minor annoyance was that all frying pans were worn out, heavily scratched and the teflon destroyed by overheating.

Private parking. Nice views from windows. Spacious. Host was accessible and quick to answer.

Only bad review i have ever given! Mold on several ceilings. Master bed had a ridge in center of mattress. Wall switches without plates. Worn out vinyl floor tiling in areas. Exposed bathroom vanity light wires w/o light. Ceilings sloped and hit head twice, getting into bed. Taped shower glass. Very cold. Couldn't control heat. Host turned on remotely but too long to heat. Was in Italy for 10 days. Stayed in 7 B&B's was by far the worst and twice the price. Would "Not" recommend!

No basic things like a paper towel,not enough coffee.Only one knife but you can’t cut anything! I informed the owner that we are coming from Usa and my phone will be not working in Europe.Right when we landed he requested pictures of all five guests passports! I have to use somebody photo to do this, I have to call him also..and this cost me additional expenses

Access to the facility and entrance is very easy. All facilities are available except air conditioning in the facility and generally all are new. It was nice to be welcomed with treats as cold and hot drinks.

The apartment is in good locarion. We had everything during the stay. Private parking just in front of the apartment. Spacy clean comfort with a windows looking at the sea. The host was extraordinarily gentle helping us with any question we had. Perfect!
