Hotel O Royal Retreat

Construction was happening in the same building and its created noise and dust in surround places.

Location was fine .

Staff was absolutely pathetic . They didn't deliver a thing they promised before confirming the rooms . They didnt even provide glaases to drink water . Their water bottles were not even filtered . All in short I will be more than happy if I get my money back from this hotel . Please refund me if you guys can . We had absolutely pathetic time there . Entire hotel was under construction . They didn't tell us while confirming the booking . They don't even have extra mattresses . Rooms are way too small . They look like box . Bathrooms were uncleaned . Sheets were unwashed . I couldn't take photos of the facility . My kids were scared and couldn't sleep entire night there .

The staff was very friendly, and there was hot water.

Unfortunately, cleanliness standards in India are different. We told the owner that it was dirty, but he insisted that the tiles just looked that way. The sink and toilet hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. We had to clean the toilet ourselves to be able to use it. The floor was dirty. During our stay, they were doing renovations—on Sunday at 5 AM, they started carrying pipes. It was outrageous.
