Value for money.

3 days was adequate. By then, the room had a musky smell because of poor ventilation. The problem is the stairs. I didn't know that the room was on level 4. And has no lift Unsuitable for elderly.

"Good place and great value money"

The staff is very nice and the location of guesthouse is so convenience for traveling around Seomyeon. There are many restaurant, minimart and shopping center nearby the guesthouse.

If you have a big lugage, be aware this place doesn't have elevator.

Location

partly good. we had a hard time using the water heater, it's either cold or super hot. toiler tissue holder are too rusty, and there is no Lift so we had a hard time bringing our luggage

The location is amazing, rather close to the metro station

Water heater was awful. I was spending at least 5 minutes trying to set the water to be warm. Not freezing cold, not boiling hot but warm. Also, the place wasn’t clean, especially the shower

"Great location with ok facility"

The location was at the heart of the city. The facilities were fairly clean.

The bed was not comfortable. The bathroom was not very comfortable. It might need a bit renovation
