The place does not have a lift, so be prepare with your luggage. U can put the luggage at level 3 if u dont want to bring on the level 4. The room was ok, value with the money.

Do have TV, wifi, water heater. But, the aircon do have dust out from it...

The AC was working well and very cold and the room is clean.

The placement of the shower was awkward.

Location ,two sushi restaurants and many other choices outside the front door

The stairs I never saw staff except one morning Mainly stairs I am old but I also should have told them no elevator and I was on the top floor , it's a young peoples place

The room was okay, definitely good value for price. The sound isolation is also very good, although it is in a busy area it was very quiet. It's good for a few nights stay but would not say it is suitable for long-term stays. The shared space is really nice and well-kept!

The window was taped and there was almost no natural light so maybe I would be wary of that if this is important for someone. The walls could use a repaint to give a more clean look but nothing major. Although it says the property is close to the the city center, it is quite far from the most popular tourist attractions. It is also far from the main station. The neighbourhood was still bustling with a lot of bars & eateries nearby, but if you have a limited time in Busan and want to visit attractions like Haeundae or Gamcheon Cultural Village keep in mind that it is pretty far.
