Great location super clean tidy and comfortable

Tap in bath was leaking. Listed option of sofa bed was not available so had to pay a ridiculous amount for a roller bed. Parking was also over priced! Front desk staff were not helpful and suggested we call the owners about simple directions. Not the best option in the CBD

Location was great beautiful place with Harbour bridge views and bars downstairs

Bit noisy at night but that's ok

Great location with great restaurants all around. Only downside was the bed wasn’t the most comfortable and could be bigger, and the bedroom has no privacy when the curtains are open. Overall was really good value for money though.

Location was great. Close to activity and restaurants in the Viaduct. Living space was ideal for what we needed. Good hanging space for clothes. Balcony was fantastic and a great area to relax. Owners extremely helpful and quick to sort any issues. Great place to stay for holiday or business trip.

Storage area in the bathroom was limited and for a longer stay more would be better. Would be good to have at least some soap supplied as we were unable to get to a shop till the next day. Found that some of the utensils needed for cooking were not available i.e. strainer/colander.

Location, location, location. Comfortable bed, balcony with view to harbour, washer and dryer. Lots of restaurants to choose from in the vicinity.
