Villa Sayang Sanur VI

Good location, close to everything. Walking distance to beach (10mins / 15 with kids). The pool was cool and refreshing, with towels supplied. Beds were comfortable and large.

The noise, if you love barking dogs 24/7 this is the place to be. The smell, all ensuites smelt like rotten sewerage especially the upstairs master. The shower in the upstairs master was continually cold, lacked any pressure and broken, couldn't adjunct the rain head/handheld head. There's next to no sunlight around the pool all day, a tiny one metre section under the outdoor shower got a small amount of sun, the two sun lounges are wasted as no sunlight to tan due to the two story building and gardens. The living room couch is an outdoor style and exceptionally small and uncomfortable for the size of the villas, guest sat on the floor which was more comfortable. The included breakfast was a set menu of 4-5 choices and poor quality, raw pancakes, undercooked toast. The staff on site were pleasant enough, though will count every towel/pillow/drinking glass/cutlery before you check out questioning if anything has been stolen, quite patronising.

Location was great, staff were very friendly and helpful. The villa was a fantastic layout for 3 couples without living on top of each other.

Breakfast wasn’t amazing and very slow to come out so we ate elsewhere. Would have been great to have tea/coffee sachets provided.

The shower pressure was not great and the bath towels were very old. The open style living/kitchen area is beautiful but the bugs and mosquitoes in the evening are an issue.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, staff were so so friendly. Our morning breakfasts were amazing and we had lunch twice in the restaurant too also delicious. Pool in the middle of the complex was huge kids loved playing and doing laps and the pool inside our villa was great to relax and cool down The location was fantastic we could walk everywhere within Sanuar beach coffee food shops etc

We think some of the outdoor blinds need replacing in the Villa

The food was very average unless you chose the Indonesian options.

The villa was clean, tidy and well stocked.

The restaurant isn’t open much and options are limited. Breakfast was wonderful though!

The restaurant staff was friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The food was delicious.

The receptionist had a soft quiet personality. I tried to get information about renting a scooter and I driver for the day. She didn’t have any information. Not her fault . The resort should have a book that has been researched to help the guest

Wonderful location, close to everything you need. Villa was really lovely and having our own pool was awesome.

Our bathroom smelt bad, but ours was the only one all the others were fine.
