Die Wohnung war einfach wunderschön, die Einrichtung und der Pool fantastisch nur einige Minuten fahrt mit dem auto, halbe stunde von Essaouira.. Wären gerne länger geblieben, für uns war es nur leider ein Zwischenstopp..

Superbe logement très bien situé à 30 minutes d essaouira et sur la côte . Maison très propre et agréable. Superbe piscine. Emplacement au calme.

Nice location and pool

We had a very disappointing experience. There was no communication about the check-in process, and when we arrived, no one was there. We waited for over an hour without any response and had to leave, which disrupted our plans. The host only called back three hours later and asked us to return, but again was unavailable when we came back. With no other option late at night, we ended up checking ourselves in and staying in a room we assumed was ours. The next day, the host mentioned cancelling the booking and issuing a refund, but after realizing we had stayed (because we had no alternative), she refused to refund us and did not offer any apology. Additionally, we overheard her speaking negatively about us to staff, which was very unprofessional. Overall, a very frustrating and stressful experience.
