Staff- Both Iqbal and Alam were very nice and cooperative.

Location is not labelled enough, and it was difficult to find the hotel, even by the local taxi drivers. It is high on the top, but the way towards the hotel is not labelled enough to guide the visitor properly.

Heaven Resort was exceptional and more then comfortable as I expected. I really appreciate the services they provided for my family. The overall stay fir my family was comfortable and relaxing. Service boy and cook both were very helpful all the time. I really recommend to others and my friends to try this beautiful resort for their upcoming trip to mountains close to Murree at Bhurban. Much appreciated.

Some wall fans need repair in upstairs room. Which was making sound and was annoying at night.

I liked all the facilities, i came with my family from Karachi on Eid 1st Day direct to the Bhurban.

Breakfast was tasty, the experience was very good. However, the location is 7/10.

Water was not available in the bathroom when I reached there. It comes after 2 hours. Even in the morning, it was not available, which was too much disturbing. However, the room boiler was also not working properly. That's why too cold.

Comfortable and neat rooms. Great hospitality. Loved the stay.
