La verdad que todo, ha superado ampliamente nuestras expectativas, tanto la atención y la amabilidad de Silvia como el hospedaje. Limpio, ordenado, cálido, cerca de todo... Nos hemos sentido realmente bien y sin duda volveríamos, además de recomendarlo a amigos y familiares que quieran visitar La Spezia. Estamos contentos con Silvia!

Silvia, our host, was wonderful! She was super helpful, gave us lots of information, was really easy to contact over whatsapp and always replied very quickly too. She also gave us heads up when bad weather was on the way and gave us great recommendations on things to do. The apartment itself was lovely, clean tidy and homely. The roof terrace and fully equipped kitchen were big highlights for us. The location couldn't have been better, we were super close to plenty of restaurants and bars and only a short 15min walk to the central train station. We visited to explore the cinque terre area and this apartment worked as a really great base to do that! We hope to be back soon!

The terrace is amazing! Having a separate room for clothes is also very comfortable. The locations can’t be better.

The appartment was big with a nice roof terrace. It was clean and the host was kind and helpful

The bed was not that comfortable and it was very hot inside. There were 2 fans but in my opinion an airco would have been nice.

Very spaciouse and well equiped apartment, amazing location with perfect terrace, nice and very friendly owner

Beds and sofa are quite unconfortable, windows mosquito protection are needed.
