Room was clean with fresh bedding. Staff were very quick to assist with turning down the heating as the room was very hot

Bit smaller than the photo but then it's London. Took a while to get the door answered on arrival as not answering phone. But very quick to answer texts

It was very noisy the walls are too thin and no manager on site for a long time to control noise levels from other rooms.
