"Tolle Lage, sauber, etwas in die Jahre gekommen"

Lage optimal, Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr gut. Es war sauber und es war soweit alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass für den Strandbesuch sogar ein neuer Sonnenschirm und ausreichend Stühle zur Verfügung standen
Wenn man in dieser Preisklasse bucht muss man sich bewusst sein, dass es sich um eine nicht ganz neue Unterkunft handelt. Es müsste vieles erneuert werden.

Dum byl v pekne lokalite
Dum je velmi zanedbany. Nebylo mozne zavrit dvere na terasu k bazenu, protekajici voda na zachodech, nedostatecne vybaveni v kuchyni, garaz slouzila na odlozene stare zapachajici a nepouzivane veci. Kajaky + celou terasu kolem bazenu jsem musel vycistit. Smutny pohled na rozpadly gril. Kola byla budto propichla nebo byli utrhane slapky ale pri vsi snaze jsem dve zprovoznil. Problem byl se sluncem vysoke stromy zastinovali celou terasu kolem bazenu od cca 11.00 - 15.00 hod. Nejspise bych si priplatil za lepe udrzovany dum.

The property was clean and the heated pool was a huge bonus. The host was v responsive and helpful. Everything was provided for in the property with kitchen roll, toilet roll and handwashing etc which was a really thoughtful touch.
We found one cockroach but being by the canal I assume we would get that, but other than that the place was clean
