Умови приємливі але потрибує ремонту, обов’язково треба оновити фото на фото одні умови в житі інші, вано потрибує особливої уважи немає навіть шторки для душу в ваній тиче душ, а так все інше плюс вінус приємливо

Foarte mare mizerie, nimic din ce era scris in anunt nu coincidea cu realitatea. Nu ai cum sa contactezi proprietarul, nu raspunde la telefon, iar mesajele par scrise doar ca sa fii luat la misto. Nu as fi dat nici jumatate din suma data pe conditiile alea. Am stat o noapte din doua platite, din cauza jegului de acolo. Sunt hotarata sa fac plangere la Protectia Consumatorului. Nu am plecat in seara in care am ajuns pentru ca aveam bagaje grele si un catel si nu gasisem altceva in apropiere, dar mai bine dormi in Gara de Nord decat la aceasta proprietate! De evitat!

It is cheap compared to other places that I found.

There was an electric stove but that didn't work. The neighbours have a crazy dog that they leave from time to time in the courtyard yard. The dog attacked me when I tried to go out to get food. The other day when I returned from work the dog was out in the courtyard and the neighbours didn't come to take the dog in I stayed out in the freezing evening. I stayed out shouting for the neighbours to take the dog in. I tried to call the property owner he never answers the call. So be prepared to be left on your own if you go to this property.

Dangerous, Scary, totally dirty and chaotic homeless place!

No instructions for checking in. Called several times, no answer. I had to involve Booking.com for a refund. Worst experience.
