Good location. Nice view from balcony. The restaurant below was good. Comfortable bed. Good amenities ie. fridge, kettle, tea and coffee, crockery, cutlery, glassware. Nice welcome.

The entrance way was unappealing. The room and bathroom are a little dated. The two chairs in the room had seen better days.

Location was excellent and breakfast was great

Cold shower water all long weekend. Geyser couldn't get up. Thanks God the weather was great.

"Seaside experience extraudanire ! A little pricey for what you get..."

Venue perfection. Seaside experience absolutely magnificent, better than Morgan's Bay Hotel. Self catering excellent layout, well equipped, lovely to have lotsa crockery cutlery tools et al... Spacious and Comfy Furnishings, and LINENS perfection. We dragged cane furniture out to the deck, to really enjoy the SEASIDE EXPERIENCE. Braai good, DStv good, Inverter good, Roomyness good, Location good, Simplicity good . . .

Grrrrr. I am OCD Level 9. Basically, a total lack of hygiene and cleanliness ! Inside Floors, door handles, light switches, shower walls, shower mosaic floors, behind doors, windows and doors handles, all grubby and yuki... outside passageway floors haven't been cleaned in Years ! Fridge no door shelves, Freezer only froze at bottom, only. Gas Stove hob is Illegally Wired - no isolator. Shower tiled seat is an Insurance Claim awaiting - sharp edges on cut tiles totally illegal. No light in back bathroom shower, in darkness. Emergency LED light doesn't work, period. Lastly, the supplied drinking Water was dodgy, we purchased drinking water at Top Shop...

"I would like a refund"

I was unable to stay at this property as they had no water or electricity and suggested to me that I should cancel I would like to know how I go about getting a refund for this stay that I was unable to use
