"Location, location."

Location is literally a stones throw from the ocean with million dollar views. Value for money, comfortable bed and restuarant on site.

Construction work happening downstairs in the restuarant area - obviously this will come to an end soon and will ultimately improve the venue.

"MOTEL FROM HELL."

I liked the Room,well equipped,clean and fresh and comfortable bed.

I didn't like the ATTITUDE OF THE HOSTESS CHANTELLE, NOT WARM OR FRIENDLY,ALSO HOW CAN YOU LEAVE JUST 2 TOILET ROLLS FOR 2ADULTS FROM FRIDAY TO MONDAY MORNING ,SHE TOLD ME TO DROP HER A MESSAGE ON WHATSAPP IF THERE IS ANYTHING I NEED ,I DID ON SATURDAY MORNING ,EVEN ASKED FOR REFILL OF COFFEE AND MILK ,ONLY GOT REPLY THE MONDAY MORNING ,WHEN WE WERE REQUIRED TO LEAVE,VERY UNPROFESSIONAL,I HAVE BEEN LOTS OF PLACES,EG CRAWFORDS CABINS OCEANO GAME RESERVE,TONAME A FEW ,AND I HAVE STAYED AT MITFORD HOTEL BEFORE ,5HIS IS THE 3RD TIME ,AND WAS THE WORSE,YOU GUYZ NEED TO UP YOUR GAME ,WAS JUST A BAD EXPERIENCE ,ALSO THE COLD H2O WAS DIRTY ,IT WAS A BAD HOTEL STAY EXPERIENCE.SALTY,S RESTUARANT WAS GOOD SERVICE,THE HOTEL STAY I WILL RATE GIVING YOU GUYZ 1STAR.
