We are located in a residential community and, although this is a vacation destination, it's home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. No outside visitors or overnight guests without prior approval from your host. This is a smoke-free home, including the outside decks and surrounding property. No smoking of any substance including vaping. Evidence of having smoked/vaped will have a charge of $250. No parties or events are allowed on the premises. If evidence of a party of event a $500 fee will be charged and guests will be evicted without refund. If you break or damage something, please let us know. Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. Early check-in or late check-out may be available at $25 per hour subject to availability. Guests can enjoy the Florida wildlife; however, they should be aware of alligators. They cannot feed or disturb them. Pets are allowed, max 2 pets, $150 per stay per pet. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet. Guest are responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from their pet. Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the host/house, from all liability and damage suffered as a result of the guest's pet. Please be aware of alligators by the lake/pond. Protect your dogs, cats from alligators - keep pets on a leash, no longer than 6 feed and/or safe distance away from the lake edge. Do not let your pet swim or drink out of the lake. Pool heating is available at $50 per day only between November and March but it must be booked for the entire stay and must be paid before 48 hours to check-in. Guests can contact the host after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay, 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. TRASH must be placed as follows: organic waste "Brown Bin" located outside the house, use garbage bags for disposal. Recycling "Blue Bin" located outside the house - do not use garbage bags for disposal. Please conserve water and recycle. Swimming Pool: Children under 13 must be supervised by an adult at all times. For your safety: avoid using the pool if you have a cut, rash, sore, or infection. Don’t use the pool while under the influence of drugs or alcohol No smoking cigarettes, e-cigarettes or a vape. And please, NO diving. In case of an emergency, please call 911. Do not touch the pool pump/breaker. Do not play or swim near drains or suction outlets. Pool cleaning and care is scheduled every Thursday between 3:00 - 4:00 PM. To be on the safe side, swimmers are allowed to go back in the pool two hours after the pool is serviced. Lawn care is scheduled every Sunday around noon time.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Managed by a private host
