TWwe are totally conquered to this lovely and luxurious Gate House. In addition to the nice owner Gail and Chris, the two well trained dogs, Mabel and Nelson are always warmly welcome any guests. We are planning our next trip to stay here again.

NZThis is a perfect, silent, elegant, residential part of Tauranga. The flat is fully separated from the owners own apartment. It is a perfect place for 2+2 people. Everyting is brand new, fully equipped, and filled up. Besed on my own experience this is rather a 5-star hotel apartment, not just a place for staying there one night.
There is almost nothing. You need a car as usual in New Zealand.

NZEverything about this property is a wow! It is luxurious, homey, spacious, beautifully presented, and a real pleasure to stay here. Lots of little thoughtful gestures by the owners - like the dog treats and the packet of biscuits for the humans! It was just a joy to stay here. Peaceful and quiet, large lawn area, rural outlook, easy to access, great facilities, warm and cosy, and just a short trip to the city, the Mount, or Papamoa Beach.
There is nothing not to like.
NZEven though it was a last minute booking, this place seriously exceeded our expectations. When we arrived we were greeted by their furry friends. The house looked exactly like the pictures advertised. There were Tim Tam, milk, coffee and tea and even dog treats to feed their dogs. The host Chris was friendly. Overall, I would highly recommend this place.
