1-I payed before to get there and a big money 2336 can $ (the other times I booked with your company I payed at the hotel, later on my arrival) payed Can $ 2336 on 26 dec 2024 to booking.com 2-I assume I will receive back 1% from the town tax-because the 2% city of Bucharest tax changed to 1% and I did payed 2%. 3-took a while to get the second key to enter the building ( at this location need 2 kays-the strange settings of entering in the building) 4-I lost the free taxi offer when came to Bucharest because of the delayed flight from Amsterdam and also the 15 e bonus for a trip around you offer to me and I didn't have time to take advantage of. I will apreciate a lot if you take in consideration point #2 and #4 of above and return some of my lost. I tried to write to you 2 days ago but the mail didn't go through.

They asked me to check-in later, as they need to clean the apartment. I agreed, they told me to check in at 17:00. The key will be in place. I arrived at 19:00 - the key was not there, soon the cleaner took it out to me. I went into the apartment and was shocked - the floor was wet, and there was hair on it. The apartment is cold. We decided to wash it ourselves, but there was no mop. We went to the store and bought a mop. In the morning it turned out that the dishes were all sticky. It's good that there is a dishwasher (without pills - we bought it ourselves) and washed the dishes. Bed linen is washed, but with stains.There are a lot of dirty old slippers in the apartment  The sofa is stained - unpleasant to sit on.nэ,No pots to cook food. Only a frying pan. It's very cold in the apartment! But there is a heater.no warm water in the kitchen And the most interesting thing is to be able to enter the entrance in seconds. since the key opens one door and the second, but if you enter with a suitcase, things or a child, then by the time you reach the second door, it will close. It is necessary for someone to go in front of u and hold the door. But if you are on your own with things or children - this is unrealistic. This is the 10th floor and the lift( elevator) often did not work.I forgot to say, the apartment is in a very old building. All the buildings around are being renovated, except this one. Terrible entrance and bad elevator Everything in the photo is much better than in life. We often rent apartments in Bucharest, but we have never encountered anything like this! I don't recommend it The apartment is rented out not by the owner, but by the management company and they don’t care what happens in it
