Modern Tropical Luxe Apartment - Boracay Newcoast

We enjoyed our stay in this place very comfortable, everything we need was there. The best location in Boracay.. Will surely stay there again next time.

Had no internet due to wires being cut not sure what happened took 3 days to sort

We loved the location, the private beach just a 10 minute walk away and not much further to Cujo Keyhole. Easy to get to "town" or Puka beach on the Hop on/Hop off bus that stops outside. The balcony was great for your morning coffee watching the golfers or just enjoying the view of the sea. It felt like a home from home, it was a comfortable place to stay, wifi was good ( Philippines standards) washing machine welcome. Shower had hot water and good pressure. Kitchen was well equipped. Air-conditioning was good. Can highly recommend the buffet breakfast at the Savoy just down the road.

We were under the impression there was a hot tub in the appartement and a pool in the appartement block. No hot tub and the pool is actually 2 blocks up and is pretty shabby with missing tiles and a bit grubby. A little disappointed with the lack of eating and drinking establishments. You do need to go to town for a choice of eateries.

The accommodation is lovely and located in a gated community which is very safe and luxurious with security and a reception desk. View from the balcony is full of greenery and sea views which is also beautiful and apartment was very clean.

We stayed for Christmas and the place was SO cute! Well decorated and very homely. Nice and clean, all the bits needed for cooking, even has a playstation and netflix, etc. set up with the tv. It also had a really good view from the lounge, bedroom & balcony which wasn’t done justice in the pics! It is a wee while from town, but the hop on, hop off bus goes from outside & was reasonably priced for a few day pass. Highly recommend.

Love the view! Directly beside the golf course and a nice view of the sea on the left side of the balcony. Size of the unit is spacious enough, complete with dining area, living room, bedroom, & a separate kitchen. Easy to communicate with the owner. Lobby reception staff, Sharon is so helpful and friendly. Easy access to the Hop On Hop Off Bus if you want to go to Stations 1,2,3 which passes right in front of the building.

It would have been better if they provided a microwave oven.

We loved everything, the condo unit was so nicely decorated and equipped, amazing views, beach nearby, staying away from touristic crowds. pool was amazing too ,not fancy and very simple, most amazing thing about it was we were many times the only guests using it. Also washing machine that my girlfriend really enjoyed using and ps3 with so many games was very nice addition. And balcony is just perfect with views. Best place if you want to see the amazing beauty of Boracay and at the same time escape the crowds.

many ps3 games need updates in order to play and also tv was pretty old, but everything else was perfect
