Sip Sunset Hostel and Lounge

The staff tried to be helpful and they're friendly.

We didn't have running water for 3 evenings. We paid for an en suite villa but had to use the communal toilet/shower which was not within the same building as this was turned off at night. When I tried to escalate the issue with reception, there was no clear communication and different reasons for not having water in the evening. I then had to carry the heavy containers of water up to the apartment as they just left it downstairs. Also a lot of works surrounding the property so quite noisy first thing in the morning if the staff aren't blasting the speakers at the bar before 7am. I would never book this place again. The air-conditioning unit also struggled to keep up with the heat at lunch time.

I had bed bug stains on my bed, and I didn’t get another bed. Then they changed the sheets, but even the new sheets had spots.

Lovely hostel to spend your day's in El Nido!! Very nice and comfy rooms and the staff are amazing! Lenard and JB are so sweet and will take great care of you and make you feel at home!! There bar on the beach front is amazing for food and drinks and has the best sun set in town!! We recommend sip sunset hostel and lounge 100%! We hope to see you on our next visit!!

Je hebt een mooie sunset lounge waar je prachtige zonsondergangen ziet, het personeel was vriendelijk en er is veer wat ze aanbieden, tours, scooters, laundry service etc

De kamers waren erg benauwd en warm

Nous avons été bien accueillis. L’hôtel est près de la mer.

Il y a des travaux juste à côté de la chambre qui en réalité est juste à côté de l’hôtel et non dans l’hôtel. Linge de toilette troué. Environnement sale. Très moyen.
