Bed was comfy. Rest everything sucked.

1. Hotel staff - damn rude. Manager charged extra for a smaller room despite booking on the platform! He was blatantly rude. 2. Bathroom was so tiny! No washing basin sink at all. So dirty and smelly. Worst experience. The toilet seat was broken! 3. Overall room was tiny! No place to move around. No table also! The cupboards were so dirty! Hair was lying around. Looked like a really unclean used room 4. Poor amenities. 5. Bad environment - the surrounding area was so shady! Smelly from the open drains. Full of mosquitoes.

It could have been cleaner and more items like shampoo, soap and towels should have been provided
