"Don’t waste your time. I have no photos never go in the room."

Faulty advertisement.

They showed pictures of the whole house but didn’t know there was a one bedroom apartment. Which is what they say we booked. Sent in a request to get a refund which was on the cancellation policy but then said no refund even though we requested it on the time they said.

On water

Infested with ANTs The owner said I was lying, I’m not. I had guests over and 3 of them left. The ants were coming in apt in hoards. I’m 100% disabled war veteran USAF and I spent hour a day cleaning & killing BUGS. I want immediate refund. I had no other lodging, so I bought with my $$ sprays traps etc. No offer to reimburse. I went as far as to caulk one hole outside and with NO baseboard, they were buying me, on microwave etc etc I feel dirty and packed for my next destination.

We didn't end up staying when we got here it was completely dark with a for sale sign in the yard and there was no lights on for a DARK path around the back of the house. I ended up falling and hit my face and leg into the ground leaving me bleeding. We left the property and called the owner they never answered. So I called booking.com to get my money back. They said it would take 24 hours for the owner to approve the refund.It is now 3 days later and they came back and said after I have given many and all wanted pictures as proof with time stamps that we were there with in our requested 9pm-10pm check in time. That they can only give us $27 back. If I were you I would not book here. I would not book with booking.com. There advert is a lie. There is not a tub, or stove top the pictures show pictures from the main house that you don't have access to. It is false all the way around.

A pleasant room not too far from tarpon springs. Nice shower. Big closet. Quiet neighborhood.

Can't control the a/c but it was set at a tolerable level.
