Estaba todo estupendo

Se nos fue la luz 2 veces y nos atendieron un poco tarde y estuvimos preocupados

Casa muito moderna de dois pisos, plasma grande, cozinha equipada. Localização calma e muito perto do centro de Ponta Delgada e da rede viária principal. Limpeza bem feita, quartos confortáveis, vista agradável a partir do segundo piso, churrasqueira disponível.

Apenas de notar a falta de um estendal e de panos de cozinha.

Em primeiro lugar a comunicação de com quem comuniquei e a simpatia, isso foi TOP DOS TOP memo. Muito calmo, espaçoso e bem equipado,. Pois foi com todo 5 estrelas. Acesso, muito bom. Espaçoso, muito bom. Recheio, muito bom. Qualidade, muito bom. Comunicação excelente. A recomendar. Os meus melhores cumprimentos. Paulo Geraldo.

Location wise, the house is very convenient but not particularly charming. It is very easy to get on the main roads to visit places, but the area where the house is not so beautiful. But it was practical. The house is very spacious, with very big bedrooms and many bathrooms, plus plenty of space in the kitchen and living areas. One of the sofas was very uncomfortable. No problem parking outside the house, recycling also just across the street. Has very fast internet speeds and a big TV for Netflix etc. Didn't use the garden much as it isn't very appealing. Best supermarket nearby is the big Pingo Doce just off the highway.

Though the agency were always very fast to respond, and tried to resolve the issue, there was a bad smell in one of the bathrooms and around the sink in the kitchen. As with many rental properties, not enough glasses or cups. The dishwasher didn't do a very good job of cleaning either. The house is fine but some of the fixtures and fittings seem a little tired.
