Chalet Arachova - Breathtaking View

We had a great time! The location was perfect, just a 10 min walk from the busy center, with astonishing view. We were offered many breakfast options! We had plenty of room (family of 4, two teenagers).

The bed matrices and pillows were too soft.

The place is located in a very quite and beautiful area. It is at the 2nd floor which you have stairs to climb from outside. We didn't have much of a issue with this. But something to consider if you have mobility restrictions. We were given clear instruction how to collect keys. The lady who lives just downstairs were very helpful (even though she couldn't speak english we managed :) ). They even had loads of food items left in the fridge and table for our use. All in all very nice place.

Perfect place for a quiet accomodation in the Arachova area. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, met us, helped with the parking and luggage, and explained all needed arrangements, including breakfast (with home made omletts and more). The views are amazing, location is great (not in Arachova center, which we actually liked), there is a good restaurant just across the street, and lots of parking places (in case you need more than one). We ended each day near the fireplace, with a glass of wine, and started each morning with astonishing view of the mountains from the balcony with a cup of good coffee - one can't ask for more :) As for some complains about the fireplace: well, if you don't know how to handle it - don't bother to try. If you do - you will manage to keep it from smoking into the room, just keep some airflow and a fire going.

The Wifi is not very stable - can have some improvement. And a suggestion: add some smaller lights in the main room. I managed with candles, but a lower light could do better.

The flat had everything we needed. Perfect stay. Mrs Charikleia was very accomodating. We will be back.

It was beautiful, even in the very cold winter, our host would help us make a fire and feel very comfortable!
