It was clean although our bathroom smelled like raw sewage

No running water

The location and staff were wonderful, There was a small pool and a sort of common area. Though why choose such a great location to stay in your room? The room was indeed a suite. It did have a stove and a full fridge and coffee maker. The bedrooms were good, beds with end tables and a TV with Netflix in the master.

A little tough to find as there is no signage, just the number on the stone wall and a sun above the gate, very much an air bnb and not at all a hotel, there was no reception. The kitchen was sparsely equiped, a couple old pots and very basic cups, plates and utensils. The water pressure was very low and the hot water was slow, there was an invisible cover on the shower drain I only discovered after the first day.

"apartment" was very small, very little options for putting anything, clothes,towels, toiletries all on the floor.

The Pool was a good thing and enjoyable but not to sunbathe by.

They did not have room service for the whole 15 nights that I was there, I had to clean, myself. When you go on holiday you don't want to clean. I was told it was not included by the property manager. I needed to book for an extra night and they did not treat it as my continuing stay, so I was charged full price no discount for staying 14 nights, which I thought was ridiculous. When I arrived they gave me a room with a pool view (the pool is two feet from the room with no balcony, the room was very dusty and smelt dusty, (if I can explain it like that), they new I was coming, it should have smelt really good and dust free for me. So they offered me another room with an extra charge, I feel as though they should of just upgraded me without question.

The room was spacious and bright with a lovely view of the ocean. The owner happened to be there and was a great guy. The manager of the property is a total gem. Anytime you needed anything he was on top of it and just such a nice man. We were only 3 blocks from the playa and there was tons of shopping close by including a grocery store called LEY. You would not regret your stay here. 11 out of 10 stars.
