location, clean rooms, huge apartments, perfect services.. úžasná lokalita, súkromné parkovisko s dostatkom parkovacích miest, lehátka zadarmo, k dispozícií kajaky, gril. Viktória ako manažér ubytovania bol ústretový a ochotná pomôcť pri hladaní prenájmu auta, taxíku. Všetky obchody, reštaurácie sú na minútu až dve na pešo od ubytovania. Záhradka a pláž pri ubytovaní boli úžasné. Anse royal je asi najrajšia komerčná pláž ostrova a ubytovanie priamo na pláži je niečo úžasné. Veľkosť ubytovania je nadpriemerná, priestranná kuchyňa s obývačkou, veľká spálňa a wc s bidetom. Klimatizácie, priestranný balkón a samozrejmosťou je upratovanie, uteráky, osušky.. naozaj môžem len odporučiť. ako ubytovanie tak aj polohu a samotnú pláž pri ubytovaní.

My stay at Pieds Dans L’Eau was truly exceptional. The location is perfect, the apartments are literally right on the beach, giving you the feeling of being connected to the sea and nature at every moment. The beach in front, Anse Royale, is one of the most beautiful on Mahé: calm, with crystal-clear turquoise water, ideal for swimming, snorkeling, and for anyone who prefers peace over crowds. The morning views there look like something from a postcard. The apartments are spacious and comfortable, with plenty of natural light. The kitchen is a bit modestly equipped, but it has great potential, with a small investment it could be even more functional, though in its current state it’s still perfectly usable for basic needs. The view from the terrace is absolutely fantastic. Overall, Pieds Dans L’Eau Holiday Apartments is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a real seaside escape, calm surroundings, beauty, and direct access to nature. I would return without hesitation.

The location was excellent. We couldn't have been happier with the beach access to one of the most swimmable beaches in Mahe. Saul was excellent with communication and answering our questions. Sylvian was our lovely cleaner and always smiling.

The kitchen could use a few more items. There are only 2 sets of plates and cups, which was okay for us as we didn't cook often. Also, the stove was a bit tricky to figure out as all the symbols have been washed away.

L’appartamento si trova in una palazzina fronte spiaggia, situata in una delle poche zone abitate del Sud di Mahè. Non è una località turistica ma un villaggio con negozi, supermercato, farmacia, pasticceria, ospedale e alcuni ristoranti, che rende l’atmosfera più autentica. È una base comoda per visitare le spiagge del sud, meno turistiche di quelle del nord. La struttura offre anche un parcheggio interno molto utile. Durante la stagione estiva (giugno-settembre), la zona è ventosa con mare mosso, mentre nel resto dell’anno, secondo un locale, il mare è più calmo. Arrivati di sera, ci ha accolto una guardia che ci ha spiegato le informazioni base; il check-in formale l’abbiamo fatto il giorno successivo, anche se ci avevano inviato tutte le indicazioni via mail. L’appartamento è spazioso, con aria condizionata in camera, ma la temperatura non è mai stata un problema grazie alla terrazza dove cenare e godere del fresco. Consiglierei gli appartamenti al primo piano, sia per la vista che per evitare eventuali infiltrazioni d’acqua nei piani terra durante la pioggia. Sebbene non ci siano stati problemi durante il soggiorno, abbiamo notato che le finestre del bagno erano dotate di serratura e ci è stato raccomandato di chiudere bene la porta di accesso per motivi di sicurezza. La cucina è essenziale ma funzionale per preparare pasti semplici, mentre il bagno avrebbe beneficiato di un piano di appoggio in più e di una presa di corrente vicino allo specchio della camera per il phon. I teli mare vengono cambiati ogni due giorni insieme alle pulizie. In zona c'è anche una pasticceria ottima per colazioni. Rispetto ad altri alloggi che abbiamo scelto a Praslin e La Digue, questo non è molto caratteristico, ma in generale il rapporto qualità-prezzo è buono. Abbiamo anche usufruito del late check-in (a pagamento, circa 40€).

Goede ligging aan het strand, alhoewel Jun-Sep de verkeerde maanden zijn om te bezoeken door de SE-Monsoon, waardoor het hier zeer winderig is en het water troebel en vol zeewier etc

Het leek wat verlaten door het laag seizoen. Hierdoor hadden wij het idee dat het niet mooi schoongemaakt was en ook qua onderhoud had het beter gekund (kapotte lampen etc).

Die Lage ist sehr schön. Schöner Strand. In der Umgebung alles was man braucht. Der Vermieter sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Ich war dort zum Wingfoilen. Der Spot ist sehr gut geeignet. Zum Kitesurfen wäre der Startbereich etwas zu klein. Der abgegrenzte Garten ist gut geeignet um das Material abzulegen. Abgeschlossener kleine Parkplatz mit Fernbedienung.

Superb location on a fantastic beach. Gate leads right onto the beach and placed amongst the shops and restaurants. Lovely staff, secure parking and very spacious for the number of guests.

Nothing really

Perfect location at the beachfront, private garden at the beach with big trees. Outdoor shower in the garden after beach visit. Shops and restaurants very near. Nice balcony with nice view. Quite spacious room.

Not that much information about what to do like some tours etc. Some of the lights in the room didn't worked, the bulbs were missing.
