Good Stuff ////

Liked: 1. I liked the staff honesty and their services. 2. The staffs at the restaurant who are there for serving are very good 3. The food quality is very good. 4. The reception staffs picks up the phone and advice things nicely.

Did not like: 1. The chef at the restaurant needs serious training. I ordered for a sandwich and to my utter dismay it took 45 minutes to get it done. It was a horrible experience. Also, I had informed that if it would take longer time, they can inform me so that I can order something else. I missed a very important meeting as the delay led to other delays one by one. 2. The cleanliness was not done if not told. It should be routine to take used plates, change the towel, and the housekeeping staffs should make it a point to clean the room every morning 3. The food prices are very high. I did not take dinner on two days as there was not any option to fit my budget. 4. There should be interconnection between different divisions. The services of Housekeeping and Room service should be clubbed. It creates confusion among the clients. Many a times, I called for some services and was told to contact room services. Alternatively, when I ordered food to room, the restaurant said to contact room service or housekeeping. For laundry services, I was confused whom to connect.
