L’attente au moment d’aller se restaurer ( petit déjeuner, déjeuner et dîner) l’attend était très longue.

Das Fleur D‘ Ylang ist eine kleine Oase, einfach aber sehr schön. Die Ausflüge mit Younous waren ein Traum. Der Strand, sowie weitere Restaurants/ Garküchen sind fussläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Ein Ort an den wir gerne zurückkehren.

Nichts

Nous avons été très bien accueillis dès notre arrivée à l’aéroport, avec un transfert parfaitement organisé. Yan, le réceptionniste, s’est montré particulièrement attentionné et professionnel. Ce premier contact a donné le ton d’un séjour chaleureux et agréable. Les chambres sont très confortables, bien aménagées et propices à la détente. La piscine est très bien entretenue, idéale pour se rafraîchir et profiter du calme. Le personnel de chambre est très réactif et aux petits soins, toujours disponible avec le sourire. La restauration était parfaite, avec une carte bien fournie : poisson grillé, filet de zébu, langouste… tout était savoureux et généreusement servi. Le personnel de cuisine était également à l'écoute de nos besoins, et le service en salle assuré par Patrick et la stagiaire a été tout simplement formidable. Côté relaxation, nous avons pu profiter d’un excellent massage réalisé par Olivia, véritable experte en la matière. Pour conclure, les excursions proposées sur les différentes îles sont à couper le souffle. Mention spéciale pour Nosy Iranja, un véritable paradis que je recommande ++. Mais aussi la réserve naturelle de Lokobe, le Mont Passot, la plage d’Andilana, Hell-Ville, et Nosy Sakatia. Chaque lieu visité a contribué à rendre ce séjour inoubliable. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe de Fleurs d’Ylang. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement pour un séjour alliant confort, découverte et authenticité !

The staff don’t speak English. Which is fine, although there was very little attempt from them to communicate and translate conversations. There was minimal warmth and assistance from them. For the price we paid, the facilities and room was poor. The room was covered in mosquitos and there were gaps in the doors which kept bringing them in. We asked to change rooms and we heard no response. The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable and we were only offered a sheet and old (unwashed) blanket. The “free breakfast” was also only fruit and bread. Their restaurant only had probably 10% of the meals available that were listed on the menu. The shuttle service and excursion prices were also very expensive compared to other people we ended up going with.
