GBLocation was great. Communication was easy as we had an issue with the sink and they solved it in a couple of hours.
Cleaning the balcony and windows would be a good touch as it’s the main reason you hire the apartment. And basic things like salt&pepper would be a nice addition. For future improvement, separable beds in the second room would be a plus for families.

Being over looked and the wast land next door

Very hot and not able to sleep as there is no aircon. This was only when temperatures outside were 20-22 degrees.
INIt overlooks the English channel, offers a distant, oblique view of sunrise and sunset, gives a waterfront stay feel. Well equipped with covered car park
The TV was like a desktop monitor. A bigger screen would go well with the place.
