I didn't check in because the place was fully booked and the host asked me to cancel the booking however I was charged fully for the booking.

There was nothing to like because I didn't find the place, had to book another one.

The property owner wasn't cooperative on the phone, to help us locate the property. Please check this property before you accept any bookings for it. Had to book another place to stay.

Do NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY! This property is a scam. I made a booking and money was debited from my account but upon arrival at the property, I was told there are no rooms available. This was surprisingly shocking and financially costly as I had taken a cab to get to the property (which is hidden and took a while to find). The guy at the property continued to say he would offer me a room if I paid more to top up what I had already paid on Booking.com. This was unbelievable, unprofessional and a complete scam because he had just told me there are no rooms available despite me having a confirmed booking. This is the second month and Booking.com has not refunded me. The customer service response has been poor as I’m being told I will be assisted but no assistance has been offered to date.

LOCATION: The property is located in a dodgy area that seems super unsafe. It was hard to find and the first cab driver decided to go back and dropped me off at the gas station because he felt unsafe. I had to get another cab which also struggled to located the area because of how hidden it is. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY.
