A area do apartamento, 3 wcs, a vista, varandas e localização

Aquecimento, só um radiador a óleo para toda a casa, bastante fria. O sistema de água quente, que não suportava 6 banhos de manhã. Poucas mantas disponíveis para a cama e falta de candeeiros ao lado das camas.
