Modern Apt with Private Terrace in Piraeus

We recently stayed at your property and it was a fantastic experience. The apartment is not only stylish and modern but also clean, which made me and my friend feel at home from the moment we arrived. The private terrace was a real gem - such a lovely spot to relax and soak up the sun. The location of the apartment is also ideal, with lots of local shops and restaurants within walking distance, and the neighbourhood is quiet. The hosts were incredibly helpful and flexible. They quickly solved a minor power problem and kept us informed throughout our stay. If you are considering staying in Piraeus, we highly recommend this place. It has everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

The only good and clean thing was the terrace and its view. Wish I could upload more photos and videos of this place and its filth.

Were should I start. This place was dirty and Mint did nothing about it.. Number one as soon as I walked in the mirror was filthy. There was a lot of dust. The fridge was dirty. There were crumbs and coffee grinds. The bathroom mirror was dirty. The cup were you put the toothbrush had a but of water a hair in it. There were socks behind the heater in the bathroom. Te bathtub was yellow and my son was afraid that his feet would turn yellow. One extra toilet paper that must have been wet and it dried. A left over baby wipe from someone. The trashcan from the bathroom was filthy on the lid with tiny hair and dust. At least it was empty. In the bedroom there was lots of dust. The mirror in the bedroom had white spots. The sheets looked clean as they were not wrinkled. But under the bed sheets, the mattress cover had lots of hairs. The floor was dirty. There was a basin to wash clothes that was on the balcony and it was filthy. The list goes on and on. Oh and the balcony door from the bedroom did not lock. The sponge in the kitchen had food on it. The company Mint that deals with this place are awful. We were peiraia for 3 night and they were informed about this from day 1. Mint customer service is an awful company that does not know how to do business. When a customer compalins and I mean legitimately complains about something serious then something should be done automatically. Nothing was done as I was given the runaround. All I got was 'we are truly sorry '. Well I am truly sorry that they took my money and did not meet there expectations. Had to find were to leave my two young children because the place was disgusting. So basically I paid to stay somewhere else. THE ONLY CLEAN THING WAS THE TERRACE. DO NOT STAY HERE OR IN ANY HOUSE THAT IS MANAGED BY MINT. MAYBE IF MINT WAS NOT THE MANAGEMENT THEN IT WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER. MINT CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS TO GET THERE ACT TOGETHER.
