GBCheap but you get what you pay for. It was clean and hot water was good after a wait. The manager was helpful, though a WhatsApp connection and some French were essential. The bed was fine.
Issue with the shower cabin. Cheap nasty plastic flaps that kept coming loose and didn’t shut resulting in a flood. The shower head bracket was dangerously loose. The ‘included breakfast’ was very poor indeed. A single coffee sachet and two jam portions for two nights. No bread not even a biscuit. The approach to the property is also poor with a large broken rubbish tipper with rubbish strewn all round - not sure how much this is under their control but it leaves a bad impression

The apartment door could definitely do with some attention.
USNew apartment building on quiet street, elevator and covered parking. Apartment has complete amenities: central heat, kitchen, washing machine, desk, shower stall, bidet, electric outer window blinds, comfortable bed. Creative decor. Good storage areas. Very clean. We were on 4F with about 4 other units. Seems the entire building is rental apartments.
Minor maintenance issues: loose toilet seat, loose apartment door handle.

LYAEIt’s decent place, comfortable and clean, not too far from the city center. I enjoyed my stay. The staff were helpful and available when needed. The kitchen has all the basic appliances and they’re all new and clean.
It’s all great but I could have like to find more kitchen basics so you don’t need to head to the store the moment you come: example of things I would’ve like to have : some sugar, coffee or tea bag, salt, pepper.. it would also help if they have washing machine detergent..
