"Great small family-run hotel"

- This is small family-run hotel. The room was very clean and modern with a balcony. I liked the design. - The bed was very comfortable. - The bathroom a bit small, but clean as well. - The swimming pool is a bit disappointing compared to the photos on Booking.com. It's smaller than it seems. - The wifi worked fine. - Small but good buffet breakfast. - The hosts are friendly and helped us when needed. Overall, good value for money. We recommend eating at this traditional restaurant 10-min walk from the hotel. The area is safe, but not great. It's 15-20 min walk from the old town and the streets are a bit run down and the neighbourhood seems poor.

Der Check-In war freundlich und schnell und es gibt auch für den Mietwagen am Gebäude kostenfreie Parkplätze (haben immer einen Parkplatz bekommen, egal wann wir zurückkamen). Das Gebäude ist recht neu und die Zimmer sind modern gestaltet. Jedes Zimmer hat auch einen kleinen Balkon. Das Frühstück, leider in einem eher kleinen und engen Kellerraum einzunehmen, war abwechslungsreich und erstaunlich gut. Es gab eine ausreichende Auswahl an Brot, Wurst, Käse, Marmelade, Säften, Müsli, Obst etc. Es gab jeden Tag etwas anderes Besonderes. Wir hätten uns öfter mal Pancake gewünscht als Pizza als Alternative zum Frühstück. Kleiner Tipp: Der Strand von Budva ist nicht der Schönste, aber in weniger Fahrminuten ist der Jaz Beach zu erreichen, der auch einen Sandstrand hat und wunderschön gelegen ist.

Das Hotel liegt etwas zurück in Budva den Berg hinauf und man ist in ca. 15 Minuten am Strand. Aufgrund der kleinen Größe mit ca. 12 Zimmern, fehlt so der klassische Charme eines Urlaubsresorthotels, aber war für uns okay. Verglichen für die Lage nicht ganz günstig.

"If u are in budva for a few days this is the hotel!"

The pool is perfect, located on the roof with a nice view. The breakfast was tasty and with a lot of options. The bed is comfortable and big. The host and staff were very friendly.
