Nice location - located in the middle of places of interest in Arau and Kaki Bukit. Exceptional clean especially the bathroom and feels like home. Owner provides bottles of mineral waters and towels which i did not expect at all.

Hopefully owner can put 1 more aircond in other bedroom/living room.
