Beautiful country house in the vineyards, the rooms in the Art studio were well appointed and spacious with lovely decor.

A bit of a trek from the station but manageable, even better if arriving by car

That was amazing stay. We already dream about coming back one day. The room is big and very comfortable. But the best part of it is the view to vineyard and St Emilion. It’s also possible to use huge beautiful common area on the ground floor. We literally felt like home. Breakfast is not big, but very tasty.

What's not to love about this stunning property!! First, the room was beautiful. Comfortable beds with beautiful linens. We also had access to the pool during our stay, which was an added bonus. Sophie is the jewel of Chateau Troplong. She made us feel like we were the only guests on the property. She gave us a lovely tour and the opportunity to have a tasting of the best wine in St. Emilion. In the morning, she presented us with a delicious breakfast as our send-off to our next stop. If I could give more than a 10 rating, I would!

We fell in love with Troplong Mondot! We've been warmly welcomed as in a private home; our accomodation was very comfortable with a nice view over the garden. Location was perfect as very close from the village of St Emilion. The gastronomy at their michelin restaurant was such a great experience! We had a lovely table facing the wineyard. And of course, no need to talk about their incredible wine Troplong Mondot!
