"Great location, great value and perfect guesthouse!"

We loved the location and the peacefulness of the property. The breakfast was great and we loved the cottage at the back, it was very cosy!

Just be wary of the upstairs step in the cottage property when it’s dark as I forgot about one and took a tumble!

"Ami Vine House is a hidden, quiet gem in heart of Seapoint"

We had an amazing and very special stay at Ami Vine House in January. The owners, Paul and Jenny, as well as their staff are super friendly. We loved their breakfast with a variety of delicious cold meats, cheese, honey, eggs etc etc 😋 The fresh fruit salad every morning was a big treat! It is a very unique and quirky Guesthouse with a beautiful bedrooms, pool and lush garden. We felt very safe and Seapoint main street is only a 2 min walk. Brilliant restaurants (La Boheme 👌) very close to Ami Vine House. Thank you so much Paul and Jenny!!!
