Accueil par Luca très chaleureux et convivial. Appartement très spacieux, pratique et lumineux, on s'y sent comme à la maison. Parking privatif dans la résidence. Je recommande fortement cet appartement,

Un peu chaud car pas de climatisation, mais on peut dormir les fenêtres ouvertes car pas de bruit.

Es hatte einen eigenen Parkplatz. Die Wohnung war 20min vom Strand entfernt bzw vom Zentrum. Es hatte einen grossen balkon. Es hat eine coole wand wo jeder etwas drauf schreiben konnte. Ein TV ist auch vorhanden. War gemütlich.

Die Ausstattung könnte besser sein in der Küche und es hat kein w lan.

La nostra esperienza è stata davvero perfetta. Luca si è dimostrato una persona squisita, disponibile e accogliente. Ci siamo trovati benissimo sia con lui che con l’appartamento, che era curato, pulito e in una posizione ideale. Un altro aspetto importantissimo per noi è stata la sua disponibilità ad accettare gli animali: grazie a questo abbiamo potuto portare con noi il nostro cane e il nostro gatto, e anche loro si sono trovati molto bene. La casa è perfetta per trascorrere una vacanza in tranquillità, immersi in un contesto meraviglioso. È stata una vacanza perfetta sotto ogni punto di vista e torneremo con estrema voglia e piacere. Consiglio vivamente a chiunque di alloggiare qui: sia per la qualità della casa, che per la gentilezza dell’host. Tutto semplicemente magnifico!

"One of the best experience so far"

Location: despite not really in the city center is conveniently located in a very quiet area, well served by public transports to Rapallo beaches as well as to Zoagli and Santa Margherita, it has a parking spot and a big supermarket at a walkable distance. Host: Luca is an exceptional host, very gentle and full of useful advices, makes the check-in and check-out a very simple yet pleasant experience. House: the house is very functional yet has a unique flavour, very clean, is fully refurbished with anything might be needed.
