Arrival in the narrowest street possible. It would have been easier to stay on the wider street and roll the suitcases up to the apartment.

Great 2 bed apartment, well appointed and convenient.

No issues for us but the stairs to the downstairs bedroom are very steep.

We loved the property it was well thought out and had everything we needed for the four of us.

We didn't like the way the sliding door was tricky to open and close, making us feel like we would get looked in. We feel we had just got used to it as we were leaving.

Well maintained, very comfortable and ideal for two couples wanting to enjoy a weekend reunion of friends in beautiful Bath… Also there was a much appreciated welcoming pack awaiting us! - Thanks

No parking on, or immediately outside the property, but this was clearly highlighted on the website as a potential inconvenience, so was no surprise to us. We simply unloaded our stuff outside the property and easily managed to park in nearby streets with no issues.

Apartment had everything we needed, is located in a lovely quiet spot, with easy walk to city centre. Well furnished and very clean. Hosts excellent at communicating.

The property was light and spacious with a lovely feature fireplace. Nice touches of milk tea coffee biscuits and bottle of wine. The property was clean and instructions on access great. It’s a good location but is a steep walk down. The pictures are accurate. (The stairs down to bedrooms are quite steep but this did not affect us as adult children)

There were two issues for us. The bathroom door is terrible it’s a sliding door and gets stuck. Both myself and daughter had to be rescued by our partners. There is a nack to opening but you do have to wrestle with it so it’s a little stressful. The second issue on a personal level are the beds are very firm. They are made up beautifully but the first night I woke up multiple times as I am not used to such a hard mattress (this was in the smaller of the two rooms) the second night we stayed out later and slept a little better.

Location was perfect

The location was up a very steep hill and a 30 minute walk into the city centre, but we knew about this when we booked it. It was a quiet area. The Brew House was lovely and very cosy. It was modern but with some nice original features. The kitchen was modern and fully equipped. The hosts checked if we had everything we needed but otherwise left us alone. We knew how to contact them if we needed anything. This was ideal for us as my daughter and I just wanted a peaceful few days away from other people. The heating worked well which was lucky as we had some snow while we were there.

The shower door wasn't sealed properly and leaked a bit. The beds were a little bit hard. These are only minor complaints.

The property was well equipped and very comfortable. Chris and Vanessa had provided a few supplies which were very welcome such as tea, coffee, milk and a bottle of wine. There were also some toiletries in the bathroom which were a very nice touch too. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment is lovely and warm. We parked the car outside and left there for a couple of days. We walked into the city which was a short walk away so no need to worry about parking anywhere. As hosts Chris and Vanessa were very good at keeping in touch via the app and arranging a parking permit for us which was great.
