LM METRO HOTEL

The staff are helpful, respectful and did what they could to make my stay bearable .

All three rooms I stayed at had roaches . The rooms had pungent smell, the shower heads were rusty , the bathroom floors were slippery, the toilet bowls, the bathroom sinks all had cracks . The room ceiling had cracks, the wooden bed frames had cracks, the mattress had a flat sheet but no fitted sheet. The duvets had stains, the towels were old, the bath rugs worn out . Breakfast was horrible , wifi wouldn’t connect . The hotel is run down . The hotel looks like it is going bankrupt. No hotel supervisor ever spoke to me to address my concerns. The Housekeeping supervisor , Kerry, was very professional and did her best to accommodate my request. I paid for a room good for 3 people But ended up staying in a smaller room because the older building was worse than the newer building . My stay is the most miserable I’ve ever been . Do not waste your time and money . Spend a couple hundred pesos more and get a better hotel .

Poor service at the restaurant as I had to go to the counter to order food and drinks and i had to wait for more then one hour to obtain my order nearly everyday. Poor housekeeping services: no soap or hand wash in bathroom despite numerous requests, on numerous occasions i had to remind to provide bottled drinking water in the room, insects in the room. Noisy air conditioner.

I like the location since its a quite area and have spacious parking area😊 Loved the welcome drink... Loved the food, but it would be nice to have more options on your viand...

We arrived late 9pm and a bit tired from travel, I feel annoyed when the staff at the check in counter let me wait first to finish what she's been doing, rather than to letting us check in first, and I am the only customer at that time... it is my first treated that way in any hotel ive been thru... but the rest of the staff they are so accommodating...

ネットテレビが見られること。掃除が行き届いていて清潔感が保たれている。朝食のメニューが適度に豊富で満足することができる。

シャワーの温水器が故障しているのか、温水を利用することができなかった。部屋のフリーWi-Fiは教えられたようにしてもエラーが出て利用することができなかった。
