"Unpleasant stay"

No breakfast, very loud music by the bar

Staff off communication, very rude without any customer care. The shockingly I went to the pool to swim only to be told the time is up. There is no board sign showing the pool timing. Arrogantly added chlorine to the pool water so as to send us off. The pool attendant whilst doing all this was very drunk & smoking in front of me and couple of other guests that were in the pool. The host rudely used my toilet which was annoying. The bed and the room was dirty. Much I may say but overall the stay was unpleasant. For the near future it would be great that the communication between staff and customers be highly ranked respectively. Guests needs and want’s to be adhered to. Staff to understand what customer service and care is. Thank you

- The room was neat and well organized - Lighting effective and well done. - The bed is firm and good. - sufficient drinking water

- WiFi very weak - No toiletry in the bathroom - The kitchen needs sufurias and a pan one or two
